 Hmmm according to http://www.malefirst.co.uk/57892004-ent.html' target='_blank'>this article its called "Crazy Frog - Axel" after the beverley hills cop theme. Yet I know the bounce and mix (local radio stations here in edmonton) call it street frog.  Meh.  The video is still funny to watch hehe.
