Purchased Enhancement Table
« on: July 17, 2006, 01:27:17 AM »
I bought an enhancment table for the CoV base, which can be used to store the enhancements that are too high to use from AV fights, among other uses.  It cost a fair bit of prestige, so I'll sell it if it adds to much to the upkeep of the base.  Here's a picture of it

I wanted to purchase this because I've been fighting a fair number of heroes and AVs lately with Boratis on teams.  Just off the top of my head, in the last two weeks or so, I've fought Numina, Calystix and Captain Mako.  I finshed the first part of my Ghost Widow arc last night by betraying her.  Boy, was she pissed :)

I finally dug out why my lower level alts couldn't get access to the enhancement table.  Permission has to be granted lower level SG/VG member tiers to add or remove items from base storage.  Since we don't have salvage to steal, or salvage storage for that matter, and we have zero new members flowing through, I granted permissions to all member tiers to use base storage.  In addition to storing higher level enhancments for later, you could also pass higher level ehancements from your high alts to your low alts using the table, to give them a leg up.  I might get ambitious and add salvage storage too.  If anyone has an issue with the base storage permissions being set this way, please let me know.

I added a salvage storage table to the base, and dumped my salvage into it from Boratis and Farmer Jack.  I'll dump Knockbad's in there when I get a chance.  Lazy, feel free to do some base editing if you're account is still active; we have enough money in the kitty for some changes.  Just leave us a month or twos rent :)

I paid the rent on the CoH base and added salvage and enhancement storage.  I gave it an arcane look, to distinguish it from the CoV base.  I'll try and get the beacon for the teleporters when I get a chance, but I wouldn't expect that any time soon.
