From the home office in 'The Big W'

A little bird told me this....

The City of Edmonton is prepared to assist EDGA in finally completing Rundle. We're talking about concrete teeboxes (18), full signage (18), a new kiosk, the whole works. The 3 new holes (proposed) would consist of 2 holes up and down the hill west of the trail-house which we have played before as temp holes at past tourneys, and check this out, the 'wet dream' hole which tees off from the hill by the ATC and finishes on the edge of the fountain pond.

This project is a proposal only at this point, but with the Seniors playing their DG event at Rundle this year (the Seniors Games is actually being held in Ft. Sask but they want to play their DG at Rundle), there is now enough momentum adn backing to finally complete the course.

The City is talking about footing a very large bill for all of this work - each teebox would cost around $1300 alone... So keep your fingers crossed if you think it'll help.

Ask not what EDGA can do for you, but what you can do for EDGA.

Steve

It's been on the table for a while. There's a lot of stuff rumbling around...
