Issue 9 Live, Old accounts temporarily active

Issue 9 of City of Heroes is now live.  As a bit of promotion for this, accounts inactive for over ninetey days have been activated through the weekend.  Just thought I'd pass this along if anyone wants a crack at the Invention system.

"inventions" eh? Is that what the "University" that was under construction a few issues ago is finally gonna be used for? Edumuhcation to enable "inventions"? :)
