I really don't understand why they haven't fixed the problem yet ::) They keep saying they have, but they obviously haven't.

Interestingly they didn't even contact me about the repair request it was just accepted and the waybill was emailed to me.

I guess the 3+ week wait is enough deterent for people sending in false repair requests.

Or they happen so often that the false-to-real request ratio is so low it's not worth spending time and money investigating :)

Funny thing is they didn't even FIX my first one, they unit I got back had a new serial number.

I am guessing they have a refurb pool, which begs the question why do does it take a whole week for them to process the unit once it arrives.
