Wow the voice actors listed for this game are impressive (YAY Patrick Stuart, Jason Isaacs, Robert Carlyle, Natasha McElhone):

I loved the SNES days Castlevania.  I know Tonnica and Mr. Analog did as well!  Hopefully this is as good in story and gameplay, as we know it will be a definite upgrade in Graphics.
