I am looking forward to it. They have been dropping hints that there will be much more free form action in this one and that there is a good chance your main character will not live through the adventure.

They have also confirmed that you get to import your ME 1 character.

While this would be a very cool twist for a story-based video game, it's too bad they're letting the cat out of the bag early as it were.  Imagine if you had no idea this might happen in the game, and then suddenly your guy dies with no way of resurrecting him!

LOL, can sure tell you play D&D style games.

My question is, are they implementing some form of perma-death that does not let you go back to a save for your character. In other interviews they say something like very few players will make it through with their main character. For that to happen you ether have to have several events that must be passed over the course of the game or you have to prevent the user from saving and trying again.

Yes, and I'm itchin' to play again.  It's been too long.

Anyway, Perma-Death would be a funny-if-it-didn't-happen-to-me thing in a game.

Damn, this has me itching to complete the game with my second character.

The first time through I played mostly paragon, the second time I was goin for almost full renagade.
