Wow the game looks pretty, and pretty awesome. Hope it finds a way to be released.
I mean, seriously, just LOOK at the game company's Twitter -- I want to be immersed in that pixelated world :) https://twitter.com/oddtalesgames https://archive.is/KoVdr

reminds me of all the painfully tragi-comedy moments in the TV series "Silicon Valley". The kind of unpredictable backstabbing and betrayal BS, so heartbreaking, contrasting with thinking back to the mid-1980s when some of us honestly imagined being one of many "just a dude creating cool @% that is fun to play" when that was the norm. Greedy dev shops like what is depicted in the Black Mirror "Bandersnatch" episode took over the industry soon after :sigh: #GoldenAge
This E3 video is from 14 months ago, and a lot has improved since then apparently

I can imagine this being able to compete with the other big cyberpunk game (can't remember the name, but I shared a gameplay video of it a few months ago) coming out soon which is very photo-realistic instead of pixel blocks. Based on the anticipation feedback from the audience; probably will attract more casual gamers who don't want to work too hard.
Do you mean Cyberpunk 2077? I am very excited for that one
That's the one!
Very advanced graphics and looks possibly more complex gameplay-wise than this other indie title I just discovered.
Quite interested in seeing both in the wild.
